The Multitasking Mirage—Find Your Focus, Flow, and Finish Line

Go beyond the buzzword to learn about the myths and realities of what mindfulness is and what it isn’t. We’ll explore the distinction between mindfulness and meditation, the neuroscience behind mindfulness, the benefits of practicing mindfulness in the workplace and how you can incorporate micro-practices into your day. We’ll conclude with a brief experiential meditation practice. Pre-registration required in myTraining. A link to Zoom will be sent to registered participants.
