The Med Way Webinars:

Interested in the Mediterranean Way, or Med Way, but not sure where to start? This six-part series, developed by North Carolina Extension and taught by UF/IFAS Extension faculty, will teach you the seven simple steps to eating the Med Way!

As part of this series, you will learn Med tips, life hacks and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Participants will engage in hands-on food preparation, making simple, delicious and satisfying meals that will keep you coming back for more.

Introduction to the Med Way — Introduction to Mindful Eating | June 4, 6 to 7 p.m.

Don’t let the ingredients fool you; these are some of the best vegetarian burgers ever! Gather your ingredients and cook-along with a UF/IFAS Extension faculty member. Learn what it means to eat the Med Way and the science behind this diet. By the end of the webinar, you will be equipped with tips, tools, hacks and resources to help you incorporate a Mediterranean-style eating pattern into your lifestyle.

Change Your Protein — Meal Planning | June 11, 6 to 7 p.m.
