Interested in the Mediterranean Way, or Med Way, but not sure where to start? This six-part series, developed by North Carolina Extension and taught by UF/IFAS Extension faculty, will teach you the seven simple steps to eating the Med Way!

As part of this series, you will learn Med tips, life hacks and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Participants will engage in hands-on food preparation, making simple, delicious and satisfying meals that will keep you coming back for more
