Mastering the Challenge of Managing Employees

Supervisors, though, can turn these situations around, and this session shows you how. In “Surviving the Challenge of the Problem Employee,” you will discuss how to: Communicate supervisory expectations clearly; Improve relations and attitudes; Address an employee’s work performance deficiencies; and Respond if the above steps do not work. Faculty and other supervisors who need to know how to analyze and control problem employees will benefit from this program by learning how to get the workplace back on track to productivity.
