Join Kim Holton, Ph.D., instructional associate professor for the Department of Health Education and Behavior, every Tuesday for a lunchtime yoga class!
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 12:15 to 1 p.m. in the Ustler Hall Atrium. They are open to all UF and UF Health employees and are appropriate for all levels of experience. No registration needed.
