SafeTalk Training Course

This free, half-day SafeTalk training is designed to help you recognize the signs when someone may be struggling with thoughts of suicide—and how to confidently and compassionately connect them to help. This evidence-based training will empower you to make a real difference in your workplace and community.

This training will occur in person on Friday, May 2 from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM at UF Health Professional Park (3300 SW Williston Road, Gainesville, FL 32608). Breakfast will be provided. Room specifics and directions will be emailed to you closer to the date.
This workshop emphasizes the importance of recognizing signs of suicide, communicating effectively with a person considering suicide, and getting help or resources for that person.
