Faculty & Staff Yoga Class

Join Kim Holton, Ph.D., instructional assistant professor for the Department of Health Education and Behavior, every Tuesday for a lunchtime yoga class!
Classes are held Tuesday’s in the Ustler Hall Atrium from 12:15 to 1 p.m. They are open to all faculty and staff, and are appropriate for all levels of experience.
No registration is necessary.
Faculty and staff are also invited to celebrate the month of February by embracing the rejuvenating vibes of an outdoors lunchtime yoga session! Join Kim at the Field & Fork Farm and Gardens every Thursday from 12:15 to 1 p.m.
Please bring your own mat or towel and a water bottle.
The Field & Fork Farm and Gardens are located at 2656 Museum Drive, Gainesville FL 32611, on the north side of Museum Drive, across from Lake Alice and adjacent to the Bat Houses. Directions, parking and bus information can be found on the Field & Fork website.
