FreeJoin UF RecSports every Monday for a fast-paced, low impact cardio workout!
Classes can accommodate 15 participants and are held Monday’s in the Student Recreation and Fitness Center (SRFC) from 5:30–6:15 p.m. They are free, open to all faculty and staff, and are appropriate for all levels of experience.
25 hours prior to the start of class, a link will be provided to register along with a waiver that must be signed. Registered participants must arrive at the SRFC lobby no later than 5:15 p.m. to be let into the facility. Individuals that arrive after 5:15 p.m. will not be able to attend the class.
