An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Monday, repeating until December 5, 2022
Join Kim Holton, Ph.D., instructional assistant professor for the Department of Health Education and Behavior, every Monday for a lunchtime yoga class!
Held in Smathers Library Room 100 from 12:15 to 1 p.m., the classes are open to all faculty and staff and are appropriate for all levels of experience.
No registration is necessary.
