An event every 2 weeks that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 20, 2023
Join Isabel “Isa” Garcia-Rose, senior lecturer at the College of the Arts, every other Thursday for an evening Pilates class!
Classes take place on the North Lawn in front of the Reitz Union from 6 to 6:45 p.m., and are open to all faculty and staff of all levels of experience.
No registration is necessary. Please bring a one-inch yoga mat to participate, and — if possible — a yoga block.

All classes are FREE to UF and UF Health employees. Before attending, you MUST complete our online waiver. You only have to do this once.
