C3 Molm Family Gator Career Closet “Dress for Success” Donation Drive

Nothing should stand in between a student and their dream job, least of all the inability to purchase professional attire. Join the Career Connections Center for our Dress for Success clothing drive at the Molm Family Gator Career Closet, aimed at helping University of Florida students obtain professional attire to look and feel their best!  

The Molm Family Gator Career Closet was established in 2016 to remove barriers for students in need of professional attire. Since its inception, thousands of students have been able to pick out clothes and accessories free of cost. 

From August 28th to September 1st, we encourage faculty and staff to contribute by donating new and gently used business professional clothing of all types, shoes and accessories. Drop off your generous donations on the 1st level of the Reitz Union, at the Molm Family Gator Career Closet anytime between 8 am and 5 pm. You can also mail donations to us at any time, as we continually accept donations throughout the year. Tax receipts are available upon request. Together, let’s empower UF students to dress for success, equipping them with the confidence and resources they need to excel in their chosen career pathways. All sizes are welcome. Your support can make a significant impact on their journey to a successful future!  

If you are interested in donating, our areas of greatest need are the following: 

• Masculine Styles: Suits and blazers (size 38 or smaller), dress pants (size 34 or smaller), dress shoes, belts, ties, and button-down shirts (size 15 or smaller). 
• Feminine Styles: Suits, blazers and dress pants (size 4 or smaller, size 18 or larger), and dress shoes.
