Age Friendly: How Physical Activity Impacts Bone Health

There are so many benefits for individuals who are physically active. This class will discuss bone building strategies that can help to offset age-related decline in bone density. The class will encourage bone building habits as well as discuss bone building exercises. Remember, you are never too old or too young to improve your bone health.
