Fall classes will start on Sept. 2.
Join Kim Holton, Ph.D., instructional assistant professor for the Department of Health Education and Behavior, every Tuesday for a lunchtime yoga class!
Classes are held Tuesdays in the Ustler Hall Atrium from 12:15 to 1 p.m. They are open to all faculty and staff, and are appropriate for all levels of experience.
No registration is necessary.

All classes are free to UF and UF Health employees. Before attending, you MUST complete our online waiver. You only have to do this once.
