Resilience & Mindfulness at Work (I) – Spring 2026

April 16 @ 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Resilience and Mindfulness at Work Workshop will take a holistic approach to consider all aspects of workplace resilience – physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual (purpose and values) – and opportunities for increased self-awareness through mindfulness practices. During this one-day session, participants will engage in conversations, share strategies, support each other, and leave with a personal action plan to sustain wellbeing, performance, resilience, and mindfulness at work.

This is an in-person session with limited seating.

A light lunch will be provided (we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions).

Participants are asked to commit to complete one hour of pre-work before attending the session.
