The Resilience and Mindfulness at Work Workshop will take a holistic approach to consider all aspects of workplace resilience – physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual (purpose and values) – and opportunities for increased self-awareness through mindfulness practices. During this one-day in-person session, participants will engage in conversations, share strategies, support each other, and leave with a personal action plan to sustain well-being, performance, resilience, and mindfulness at work. Participants are asked to commit to complete one hour of pre-work before attending the full-day session.
The deadline to register is Nov. 8. Space is limited to 31 participants and available on a first come first served basis.
