Resilience and Mindfulness at Work

The Resilience and Mindfulness at Work Workshop will take a holistic approach to consider all aspects of workplace resilience – physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual (purpose and values) – and opportunities for increased self-awareness through mindfulness practices. During this one-day session, participants will engage in conversations, share strategies, support each other, and leave with a personal action plan to sustain wellbeing, performance, resilience, and mindfulness at work.
Participants are asked to commit to complete one hour of pre-work before attending the full-day session. Pre-registration is required via myTraining.
