Impacts Of Florida’s Expansion Of The Death Penalty

Given the recent changes in the state legislature regarding Florida’s non-unanimous capital sentencing law, we invite you to join the Bob Graham Center and UF’s Mock Trial Team for a public program discussion on Thursday, October 26 at 5:30 PM in Pugh Hall. Panelists will discuss the impacts on the justice system, including the reactivity challenge in the Florida Supreme Court.

The Panel will be moderated by Esha Bhat, a third-year political science major and Mock Trial Vice President.
