Gator Experience Record Information Session

Attend a Gator Experience Record (GER) Information Session to learn how UF is transforming the way student learning and experiences are recognized and communicated.

The GER is designed to complement the official academic transcript and résumé, providing employers, graduate programs, and other audiences with a more complete picture of students’ skills, competencies, and applied learning. Distinctly UF, the GER makes the University of Florida the first institution in the state to recognize student learning at this scale.

These sessions are designed for faculty and staff who work with students and will cover:

• The benefits of the GER for students and campus partners
• The phased launch plan and what to expect next
• Sample GER records and how experiences are represented
• Practical talking points for discussing GER with students
