Join UF faculty pianist Dr. Evan Mitchell in a solo recital featuring Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel’s rarely-performed Four Songs for the Pianoforte, op. 8; the Elliott Carter Piano Sonata, a cornerstone of midcentury American modernist composition; and Robert Schumann’s colorful Davidsbündlertänze, Op. 6.
