Building a Self-Care Routine
September 30 - October 18
Did you know when you practice self-care you can increase your happiness levels and productivity? It’ll also help you better manage stress, improve energy levels and reduce the risk of illness.
That’s why we’re excited to share that we’ll be participating in Calm’s Building a Self-Care Routine Pathway! This pathway will run from Sept. 30 to Oct. 18.
Pathways are tailored programs that’ll help you develop skills to tackle specific mental health challenges and improve your overall well-being.
Specifically, the Building a Self-Care Routine Pathway is a three-week program designed to establish a flexible self-care routine that can support your overall well-being anytime, anywhere. Each week, you’ll get three pieces of in-app content, ranging from guided meditations to breathing exercises that empower you to start making time to care for yourself during the day.
