The exhibition Shadow to Substance creates a chronological arc from the past to the present and into the future through the lens of photographers, including Black photographers whose images expand ideas around healing, myth, intimacy, joy, resistance and rebirth. Join co-curators Dr. Porchia Moore, Kimberly Williams and Dr. Carol McCusker for an overview of the exhibition and a discussion of its inspiring themes.
