The exhibition Plant Life: Exploring Vegetal Worlds in the Harn Museum Collection focuses on plant-centered art that engages our awareness of the presence of plants and was curated by Professor Harpold with students in his graduate seminar. The talk introduces the emerging field of critical plant studies as it informs the exhibition and focuses on specific works highlight the power of art to inform our understanding of vegetal worlds.
