Maintaining Graduate Student Records in myUFL Student Information System (SIS)

The Student Program/Plan Component in the myUFL Student Information System (SIS) is used to maintain student majors, degrees, concentrations and minors. Accurate maintenance is crucial to represent students’ credentials sought and to enable registration, fees assessment, transcript production, degree evaluation and certification. This workshop will go over the business processes associated with maintaining graduate student program/plans. We will go over all of the types of Student Program/Plan updates that Departmental Users can make to a graduate student record and the important rules you have to follow. This course is designed for Graduate Staff and Graduate Coordinators. Pre-registration required in myTraining. A link to Zoom will be sent to registered participants.
