Join Mallory every Wednesday for a peaceful class that focuses on breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation.
The Relax streamed class occurs every Wednesday from 12-12:15pm. Relax focuses on stress management using breathing exercises, guided meditation, guided imagery, and mindfulness. Join this class for a 15-minute period of relaxation and serenity each week.
