Fall 2026 Career Week Volunteers Needed!
Fall 2026 Career Week is September 14-16, and you are invited to join us at this UF tradition! Our signature event, Career Showcase, promises to be an exceptional experience for UF students, featuring hundreds of companies and dozens of events throughout the week.
Career Showcase is a campus tradition dating back almost 40 years and is proud to be the SEC’s largest career fair. As a member of our UF community, you play a crucial role in shaping our students’ post-graduation success. By volunteering, you will support the overall student experience as they put into practice the important networking and professional skills they develop during their time at UF.
Why Volunteer?

Volunteer Roles: Volunteers will sign up for a time slot through Gators for Good Network and will be assigned to support an area based on need. Areas include parking assistance, directional support, employer services, and student support – all essential to creating a smooth experience for students and recruiters.
Available Dates:
- Tuesday, September 15 – Career Showcase Non-Technical Day
- Wednesday, September 16 – Career Showcase Technical Day
Volunteer Orientation: If this is your first time volunteering, we ask that you attend the virtual volunteer orientation scheduled for Thursday, September 10th, from 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Register here to receive the Zoom link.
