Covid Reflections is an interactive public art installation which will be displayed on UF’s campus.
During the installation event, participants will be able to interact with the Covid Reflections display, which visualizes the impact of COVID-19 on their bodies through an innovative body-tracking AR interface. The event will offer immediate access to a vaccination truck, allowing attendees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination on the spot.
The work for this project was done by Ines Said, Austin Stanbury and Erica Del Hagen under the supervision of Amelia Winger-Bearskin.
Covid Reflections has been funded under generous sponsorship provided through the Arts for UF Vaccine Confidence program administered by the College of the Arts Center for Arts in Medicine.
The Mon. 4/11 event is the public premiere of this project.
