Cooking for a Lifetime of Cancer Prevention: Colorectal Cancer

Join us for a free educational workshop, including a live food demonstration, that promotes healthy living and cancer prevention.
Workshop participants will:
– Learn about colorectal cancer screenings and how to access free or low-cost options for uninsured people.
– Discover simple cooking methods that reduce cancer risk.
– Explore easy, prevention-focused recipes featuring fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans.
– Get nutrition tips for building a healthy plate and lowering cancer risk.
